White Wine Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Garlic Butter White Wine Shrimp Linguine! A delicious but simple entrée is enhanced with a touch of white wine. Whole wheat linguine noodles tossed with parmesan, parsley, and shrimp sautéed in garlic butter sage white wine! This White Wine Garlic Shrimp Linguine recipe is easy to customize with your favorite seasonings and takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish.

Ingredients :
  • 3/4 cup Barefoot pinot grigio
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbsp. Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 pound Linguine, whole wheat
  • 4 tbsp. Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup Sage, fresh
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, fresh
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp, jumbo raw
Directions :
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm. Set aside.
  2. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Add garlic and parsley; sauté 30 seconds. Add wine; cook 1 minute. Add shrimp; cook, turning once, 7-9 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
  3. Add hot, cooked pasta. Toss lightly until pasta is well coated. Sprinkle with cheese.
