Turkey Piccata

Quick, flavorful and special, this Turkey Piccata boasts a buttery sauce with capers and just a hint of lemon. In order to make Turkey Piccata with Capers, you need to make some preparations, including turkey breast, chicken broth, fresh parsley and so on.

Ingredients :
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 package turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions :
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add turkey slices, one at a time, and turn to coat.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey in oil in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Remove to a serving platter and keep warm.
  3. Add broth to the pan, stirring to loosen browned bits. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in the remaining ingredients until butter is melted. Pour sauce over turkey.
