Ingredients :
- 1 pound lean ground pork
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large russet potato peeled & cubed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground sage
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ cup beef broth or beef stock
- 1-2 tablespoons bread crumbs if needed
- 1 double pie crust 9 inch
