S'mores Lasagna

When it's too hot to go outside but you still want to have some summer fun with friends and family, this s'mores lasagna is the perfect thing to throw together and stick in the fridge. The longer you let the lasagna sit in the fridge, the softer the lasagna will get, so it's up to you how far in advance to assemble it. For summer treats, check out this no-bake dessert! You need this lasagna!

Ingredients :
  • 2 Chocolate bars, broken into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup Hot fudge sauce
  • 16 oz. Whipped cream
  • 2 cups Dark chocolate chips
  • 4 1/2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 2 packets Graham crackers
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 7.5 oz. Marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup Dark or dutch process cocoa
  • 3 1/2 cups Whole milk
  • 3.9 oz. Instant chocolate pudding
  • Cooking spray
Directions :
  1. Spray a 9"-x-13" baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk chocolate pudding with milk and cocoa. In another large bowl, beat marshmallow cream with cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Line bottom of the prepared baking dish with a layer of graham crackers. Spread half the marshmallow mixture over graham crackers and sprinkle with 2 cups mini marshmallows. Spread half the chocolate pudding mixture over the marshmallow layer. Repeat two times with the remaining graham crackers, marshmallow mixture, 2 cups marshmallows, chocolate pudding mixture, and dark chocolate chips.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, until cold and set at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove lasagna from the refrigerator. Top with whipped cream. Heat hot fudge sauce in the microwave so it is just pourable but not too hot. Pour hot fudge all over lasagna.
  5. Top with crushed graham crackers, chocolate bars, and remaining marshmallows before slicing.
