Pizza Pasta
This is an easy pizza pasta recipe packed with all of the flavors of our fave pizzeria pie and a generous helping of cheese and pepperoni.
Ingredients :
- 16 ounces cavatappi penne, or rotini
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 8 ounces Italian sausage mild or hot
- 8 ounces lean ground beef
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ½ red bell pepper diced
- ½ green bell pepper diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes drained, 14.5 ounces each
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 jars pasta sauce 24 ounces each
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 28 slices pepperoni
