Peach Pie Smoothie

It’s a great smoothie for any sweet breakfast lovers made with whole, unrefined ingredients and it’s a good variation for anyone allergic to or not a fan of bananas. It’s also made with oats, so if you’re the type of person who struggles to feel full after having a smoothie, this might help to satiate you a little bit more.

Ingredients :
  • lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. sweetener of choice
  • 3 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen peaches
Directions :
  1. Toss all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If needed, add additional non-dairy milk to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Adjust sweetness as needed.
