Meatloaf Meatballs

Meatloaf is a well-deserved classic, and these marvelous meatballs showcase the hearty familiarity of meatloaf in an upgraded package. Meatloaf Meatballs are bite-sized appetizers that have all the flavor you love in a classic meatloaf recipe smothered in a tasty sauce! Everyone loves meatloaf. It’s a favorite dinner recipe across many homes. Why should meatloaf only be enjoyed at dinner? It should most definitely be a party appetizer too.

Ingredients :
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
Directions :
  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, the milk, the egg, three-quarters of the onion, the breadcrumbs, and the salt and pepper. Mix until everything is combined.
  2. Roll and shape the meat mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatball. Place them in an 8x8-inch baking dish (they should be touching each other).
  3. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, the ketchup, and the remaining diced onion. Mix, then brush over the tops of the meatballs in the baking dish.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
