Deviled Ham

This zesty blend of minced ham, onion, seasonings, and creamy mayonnaise is perfect for picnics or as a quick snack.

Ingredients :
  • 12 ounces cooked ham skin removed, diced
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons finely diced white onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • thinly sliced green onion optional garnish
Directions :
  1. Place diced ham, onion, mustard, and hot sauce into a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add mayonnaise and pulse just until combined.
  3. Transfer to a bowl for serving and garnish with parsley or green onion if desired.
