Delicious Meatloaf

Move over, baked meatloaf. With this Delicious Instant Pot Meatloaf recipe, you’ll be able to make flavourful meatloaf conveniently in your Instant Pot. The recipe is suitable for Gluten-Free, Low Carb and Keto diets. Try this comforting Delicious Instant Pot Meatloaf recipe that is full of the classic meatloaf flavors but doesn’t even require a minute in the oven. Even better, it has been made into an easy gluten-free and keto recipe by using almond meal instead of bread.

Ingredients :
  • Calorie-controlled cooking spray
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup No added sugar tomato sauce, for topping
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 113 g Shredded mozzarella
  • 85 g Regular flour
  • 0.7 kg Ground meat
  • 3 Large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Medium onion, minced
Directions :
  1. In a medium bowl, with your hands combine all ingredients except for the tomato sauce and parsley.
  2. Place a metal trivet into the stainless steel bowl of the Instant Pot. Add 250 ml (1 cup) water to the Instant Pot.
  3. Spray an 18 or 22 cm (7 or 8 inches) cheesecake pan or push pan with calorie-controlled cooking spray.
  4. Add meatloaf to the pan, making sure to spread out evenly.
  5. Make an aluminum sling and carefully lower the cheesecake pan.
  6. Select the manual or pressure cook button, select high pressure and set the timer to 22 mins. When done, do a quick pressure release.
  7. After the quick pressure release, let all the steam leave and carefully remove the meatloaf by the aluminum sling.
  8. Top meatloaf with the tomato sauce and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
