Ingredients :

tortilla chips for dipping (optional)
1 stalk celery (chopped, for dipping (optional))
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
2 cooked chicken breasts or thighs

Directions :

Place cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and shredded chicken into a crock pot.
Mix together to combine.
Cook on low until melted.
Stir and serve with celery, chips, and carrot sticks.
