Corned Beef Noodle Casserole
This reuben noodle casserole combines corned beef, cabbage, and zesty sauerkraut in an easy homemade Swiss cheese sauce.

- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage

- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
