Ingredients :
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. arrowroot starch
  • 3 tbsp. avocado oil
  • 4 chicken breast
Directions :
  1. Chop the rosemary and garlic into small pieces. Leave a few bunches of rosemary for decoration.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 lbs chicken breast, avocado oil, seasoning, and arrowroot starch. Mix everything with hands until well combined. It should feel slightly floury on the outside of the chicken breast.
  3. Grease a baking pan with avocado oil. Line up the chicken breast. Squeeze half a lemon on top.
  4. Bake 450℉ for 15 minutes.
  5. The roasted chicken sits for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
