Best Ever Banana Bread

This is my best ever banana bread recipe. It really is the best I have ever tasted! It's very moist and it freezes well. I also bake this in 3 small loaf pans however you may need to shorten the baking time.

Ingredients :
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup buttermilk
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (Optional)
Directions :
  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix eggs, bananas, oil, and buttermilk together in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt into a separate large bowl.
  4. Stir flour mixture into the banana mixture until combined. Gently fold in pecans.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  7. Cut into slices and enjoy!
