Carrot Cake Banana Bread

If only carrot cake were always in season. I'd be so happy posting carrot cake-themed recipes all year round. But since possibly no one else besides me wants to eat carrot cake in December, I try to pack as much carrot cake as I can into the few weeks between St. Patrick's Day and Easter. This is one of my other favorite recipes. Best ever Waffles

Are you ready for the Best Waffles Recipe EVER?! These golden-brown, crispy, irresistibly fluffy waffles turn out perfectly every time! They’re made completely from scratch and freeze beautifully! How long you cook the waffles for, as well as how many you make, will depend on the waffle iron you’re using. I advise you to preheat your oven to 120℃ before you start so that you can pop the waffles on a wire rack over a baking sheet as you make them, to keep them warm. This also helps to give them a lovely crisp crust.
